Like Felicity, I didn't have any balloons about and no good ones of pervious birthday celebrations. So am also taking artistic licence. - water bubbles floating in the air

I've had quite a busy night photographing so I could finally be up-to-date with the challenge. I'd hate to see it fall away due to lack of interest so I thought I'd better get into gear and take some photos!

Here is a silver and gold wire Christmas Tree table ornament, taken in macro using my piano stool as my "studio" the interesting lighting is thanks to the Christmas Tree lights but I think this just adds to the photo.

I have taken some artistic licence with this challenge... Namely because I didn't have any balloons handy but I did have some baubles having just decorated our Christmas Tree... I hope you don't mind me taking such liberties!!!

I purchased a mozzie net for Chelona and this is what is around the top... It's rather too pretty for a mozzie lucky I have no other plans for it as yet!!!

This was taken on "Auto" mode (I played around heaps and believe it or not, this time what the camera wanted to do turned out to be the nicest photo... Happens often I find!)

This I believe is Nottingham lace. 

The Ducks made Nottingham lace back in England in the 1980's

according to the Duck book.

I took this photo out in the sun to get the full design of the lace.
